Northeast Heat Pumps Warranty

Northeast Heat Pumps will cover the labor cost of replacement of warrantied parts for 12 years. The labor portion of the warranty is valid ONLY if the heat pump system is cleaned at least every 24 months following installation. If routine maintence and service is not conducted, then the labor portion is voided.

Fujitsu Warranty

Please check the Limited Warranty Statement for full warranty information. Please note Northeast Heat Pumps will register your warranty information for you. One less thing to worry about!

Fujitsu Note:
All systems using the refrigerant R-22 and all IAQ models (Models containing a Q in the model number) are not eligible for extended warranties and will receive the base warranty of 5-year parts and 7-years compressor.
Please Note:
The following commercial systems are also not eligible for extended warranties and will receive the base warranty of 2-year Parts and 6-year Compressor warranty. ASU30RLX, ABU18RULX, ABU24RULX, ABU36RSLX, AUU18RCLX, AUU24RCLX, AUU36RCLX, AUU42RCLX, AOU18RLX, AOU24RLX, AOU30RLX, AOU36RLX, AOU42RLX
All other models are eligible for the extended warranties if below criteria is met. See warranty statement for more details.

YOUR SYSTEM WILL QUALIFY FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY UP TO 10 YEARS IF:
The System is registered online within 60 days from the date of installation, or, in the case of a newly constructed home, within 60 days of the Purchaser's purchase of the home.
The System is installed in a residential single family or owner occupied multifamily home.
The Purchaser resides at the location where the System is installed.
The System is purchased after June 1, 2015.
Defective Parts and Compressor are made available for return to FGAI and become the property of FGAI.
